• Multi-stage separation: We use the most precise sorting methods: manual, optical, electrostatic, polymer, magnetic, and water-based. This guarantees the highest fraction purity.
• Professional washing and preparation: We effectively remove contaminants, preparing the raw material for further processing stages.
• Crushing: We have the infrastructure to crush oversized elements (up to 1.5m × 1.5m × 5m), such as pipes, lumps, and blocks.
• Grinding with dedusting: We produce regrind of consistent quality, free from dust and fine fractions.
• Regranulation: The final stage, in which we restore the original functional properties of the plastics.
